Tim Proctor

Hey, my name is Timothy and I am a landscape photographer based in Sydney NSW. I am currently studying photography and digital imaging at Tafe NSW. My favourite photography genres are landscapes, severe weather and architecture but I also enjoy experimenting with other genres too. My passion for photography started out from my interest in being outside in nature whether that be bushwalking, camping etc. This helped me appreciate how peaceful and beautiful nature can be and what sparked my interest in photography. My favourite photo’s to shoot are of landscapes that give a sense of scale and make us humans feel small whether that be a large mountain or a powerful severe thunderstorm. For me, nature conveys a sense of power and provides a glimpse of the creator above which helps me to feel at ease during times of struggle. I also love how photo’s keep memories and experiences that I can relive and cherish when I look back upon my photos. My goal is to be able to make a positive impact on anyone who is feeling lost or overwhelmed by sharing the beauty that this world has to offer through my photography.
